At Stop Soldier Suicide, we’re committed to our military community in providing mental health services to those at risk of suicide. We believe that no one who’s served our country should stand alone, and by serving all who have or currently wear the uniform, we’re here to answer the call. With your support, veterans and service members who receive our services never see a bill, and have renewed hope.
Join us this fall for a 15K ruck as we remember and honor those lost to suicide and
advance, together, to save lives.
Veterans and service members are 58% more likely to die by suicide than their civilian peers.
Active duty service members who died by suicide in 2023 were under the age of 29

Teams and participants are encouraged to invite other student groups and campus organizations to participate in the challenge by donating, or starting their own team. All participating campuses will be encouraged to host a 15K ruck over Veterans Day Weekend. All student participants are welcome and eligible to earn challenge rewards and community service hours.
Teams are encouraged to fundraise for Stop Soldier Suicide as part of their challenge experience and tell others about our life-saving mission. Donations help us provide free mental health and wellness care to veterans and service members of all branches and generations.
